Diva Agata Sava - Mezzosoprano
An outstanding opera singer and soloist
She studied at the Bromberg Music Akademi, earning her Master of Arts. Since 1991, she has studied at the Richard Strauss Conservatory in Munich with Julie Kaufman and Kari Lovaas. She distinguished herself at the 1992 International Singing Competition in Karlsbad. Since 1994 , she has been active in Lord Yehudi Menuhin’s “ Live Music Now” Project.
Since 1996, she was soloist and has performed with the Prague State Opera: Her roles included Fjodor in Mussorgsky’s Boris Godunov and Siebel in Gounod’s Faust. In July and August 1997 she undertook a recital tour of Japan. In July 1998, she sang for the first time the title role of Bizet’s Carmen at the Brno State Opera.
Sava perfomed with the Chicago Sinfonietta/conductor maestro Paul Freeman during its fifth European tour. Since 2000 May she sang Prokofiev’s Alexander Nevsky with Chicago Sinfonietta in Chicago Symphony Hall. From 2001 she sing solo parts with all Polish Philharmonic Orchestra’s and as soloist, she has given concerts all over the world. The German Federal Government, awarderd her a scholarship for 2 years’ study.
Agata Sava mastery enables her to cooperate with excellent Orchestras and Artists such all Polish Philharmonic Orchestras and exelent Artists: Sinfonia Varsovia, Amadeus Chamber Orchestra, Capella Bydgostiensis, Leopoldinum Orchestra, Polish Nationaly Radio Orchestra in Warsaw, National Philharmonic Orchestra in Warsaw, Camerata String Quartet, Prima Vista String Quartet. Artists - K. A. Kulka, K. Herdzin, K. Debski, M. Nesterowicz, B. Harasimowicz, and with the Europa Union Chamber Orchestra, Ukrainian National Symphony Orchestra Kiev, Philharmonic Orchestra Lviv and more.
Agata Sava permanently gives concerts all over the world: Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, South America, and North America. She participates in many international music festivals, as well as TV programs and recordings for radio stations in Europa.
In 2007 she is soloist and performed the Missa Solemnis Sandomiriensis – Beati Mundo Corde – W. Mrozeks Mass.
Agata Sava recorded in June 2013 two new albums cd "The most beautiful opera arias" and "Songs from the Heart". CDs will appear on the music market in September 2013.
She has recorded 5 CD’s, and 2 DVD’s.
